Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Meylo needs in order to operate, how that data is used and the choices available to Discord communities.
Information Meylo processes
Meylo may process Discord user, member, role, channel, message and server identifiers; server configuration; moderation records; economy and activity data; and content submitted to configured features such as tickets, suggestions, embeds and autoresponders. The exact information depends on the modules enabled by a server administrator.
Connected services
When a server administrator connects Kick or TipeeeStream, Meylo stores the credentials required to operate that connection. Kick OAuth tokens, TipeeeStream API keys and private widget keys are encrypted before storage. Signed events may be retained temporarily for deduplication and operational auditing.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide requested bot functionality, enforce permissions, prevent duplicate events, maintain countdown state, diagnose failures and protect the service. Meylo does not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Configuration and feature data is retained while required to provide the service. Integration event audit records expire automatically. Server administrators can remove configured data by disabling or deleting relevant systems, disconnecting providers, or requesting deletion through the support server.
Security
Reasonable technical controls are used, including permission checks, encrypted integration secrets, signed Kick webhook verification and private, revocable widget URLs. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
